RETURNS

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels (if any). 
  • Products must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.

Return Timescale

  • You are eligible to request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with:
  1. Order details
  2. Reason for the return
  3. Returns requested beyond this period may not be processed.

Returning Damaged Items

  1. If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must report the issue to us on the same day of receipt.
  2. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging to avoid rejection of the return.
  3. Contact our team via WhatsApp or email and provide:
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged

If damages occur after delivery due to improper handling or failure to follow care instructions, returns or refunds will not apply.

REFUNDS

Refund Timescale

1. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse.

2. Depending on your payment method:

  • Bank Payments: Refunds will be issued to the bank account of the customer within 5-7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be issued to the bank account of the customer within 7-14 working days.

3. Refunds for defective or damaged products are processed within 2-3 working              days of verification.

Replacement for Damaged Items

  1. If you prefer a replacement for a damaged item, we will prioritize the delivery of the replacement product at no additional cost.
  2. Items will only be replaced once. If the issue persists, a refund will be initiated.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY

  1. If you are unhappy with the quality of your blue pottery item,
  2. Send back the product to us.
  3. We will provide a full refund or offer a replacement.
  4. Replacements are limited to one attempt. If the same issue occurs, a refund will be issued.

DISCLAIMERS

  1. Items returned without original packaging or damaged due to improper care will not be processed.
  2. Arraish.com explicitly disclaims liability for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper use or care of the products.
  3. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the product care instructions to ensure longevity and prevent damage.

REPORTING DAMAGES

To resolve damage-related issues promptly, please adhere to these guidelines:

1. Submit clear photos or videos of the damaged area, including:

  • The product itself
  • The packaging (if damaged)

2. For fragile items like serving dishes or decorative plates:

  • Ensure photos show the item in detail.

3. Report damages on the same day of delivery to avoid rejection of the claim.
